FiT4™ Business Group Founder Lorie Gibbons serves as the Chief Executive Officer for FiT4™ Business Group, LLC. Lorie has over 20 years of experience in project management implementation and delivery.
She has a primary focus on project management best practices, data management, business processes and training. She has managed and delivered various supply chain, IT and business processes for Fortune 500 customers including Radio Shack, Pier 1, American Airlines, Transamerica, Michaels and Burlington Northern Sante Fe.
In addition, Lorie has worked with many small to mid-sized companies, guiding them in the development of their businesses to help them define their vision and develop a strategic and actionable plan to meet and achieve that vision. She believes that sharing her knowledge, experience and resources with companies that are just starting out, growing too quickly or slowly or looking for direction can help them reach the level of success for which they are striving. Lorie’s mission is to provide her clients with a competitive edge by continually delivering remarkable operational, process and project improvements achieving phenomenal change in culture, performance and bottom line results.
Ms. Gibbons is a certified Project Management Professional, and holds her MBA from Texas Christian University. She is a recipient of the Great Women of Texas in 2009, served 10 years as an Advisory Board Member of TCU Neeley School of Business, Supply and Value Chain Center, and has recently released her first book, Intentional Focus: Someday is Not a Day of the Week.
